Work with globally located program team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate and track day-to-day execution per program plan
· Manage communications with stakeholders, team members, and collaborators on program execution status and progress
· Utilize analytical thinking and leadership skills to drive program execution
· Coordinate with modality partners and extended cross-functional teams on program integrations and interdependencies
· Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward
· Use experience and judgement to facilitate problem solving activities
· Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
· Escalate issues and risks to program leadership as needed
· Capture lessons-learned and drive continuous improvement
· Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, driving simplification and improvement when applicable

• Troubleshooting and debugging experience and Good problem-solving experience
• Strong Communication with internal and external stakeholders and good Writing skills
• Define and validate procedures for field modifications, updates, and upgrades
• Experience on working with Medical system (Desirable)
