Job Title: Senior Support Engineer, SAP AFS
SAP AFS Consultant-Apparel and Footwear
Role & Responsibilities:
• SAP AFS implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement, and Inventory Management within the AFS industry.
• Incident Management:
o Analysing bugs, defects in the production environment within SLA timelines
o Replicating issues by coordinating with technical developers and other modules consultant based on issue nature
o Coordinate with business users for testing bug fixing, testing the message and flows
o Workaround for high priority tickets
o Root cause analysis and documentations based on requirement to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 10+ years of SAP Functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle AFS projects.
• Deep functional and business understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement, and Inventory Management in the AFS industry.
• Strong understanding of AFS business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic SAP solutions

Modeling utility systems using ArcGIS Utility Network, understanding challenges and opportunities for telecom operators.
Analyzing impact of real-world events on telecom network, visualizing and managing telecom network assets.
Performing tracing analysis on telecom network, collaborating with team members to share data.
Staying up-to-date with latest developments in telecom industry and GIS technology.
Assisting Testing team, participating in project review meetings with client and providing regular updates to offshore.
Should be able to perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase
Working as individual contributor in Scrum development model. Must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team. Passion for GIS and telecommunications encouraged
