IT Support Engineer / Consultant Function: IT / After Sales Applications Job description: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / IT Consultant to support the IT Product Owners for SPARK, the successor system for spare parts authoring and provision in the After Sales area. The role will focus on supporting go-live activities, system integrations, technical testing, API onboarding, troubleshooting, and coordination across Trucks and Buses areas. Key Responsibilities: · Support IT Product Owners in day-to-day project and go-live preparation activities for SPARK. · Assist in setup, validation, and testing of Message Queue and File transfer integrations between systems, providers, and consumers. · Perform IT testing, including API-level testing and support for performance/load testing activities. · Troubleshoot and resolve application connectivity and integration issues, including API, firewall, and network-related problems. · Support Access management setup, access-related activities, and end-to-end technical documentation. · Coordinate onboarding of vendor-developed APIs. · Support requirement understanding and preparation of IT user stories. · Identify gaps and support basic automation improvements where applicable.

Experience in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop. • Translate complex datasets into clear, insightful, and visually compelling reports. • Should have hands-on experience developing tableau dashboards and reports • Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud services) and ensure data accuracy, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence. • Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing reports and datasets • Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling. • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles. • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI • Good knowledge of database warehousing principles and tools • Good technical skills in Database and SQL • Understanding of cloud platform( Azure) • Knowledge of agile development methodologies • Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flow). • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
