Job Description:
1. AEM -Translate business requirements into technical designs- Design and develop reusable components, templates and workflows for the AEM platform based on detailed user stories
2. Ensure implementation of user stories meet acceptance criteria.
3. Ensure Quality code delivers to QA group.
4. Contribute design and architecture ideas Adobe Launch.
5. Implement and configure tags, rules, data elements, and extensions in Adobe Launch.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., digital marketing, analytics, development) to gather requirements and ensure efficient data collection and tracking.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tag deployment, data layer, and analytics integrations.
8. Maintain and optimize the Adobe Launch environment for improved performance and scalability.
9. Integrate third-party pixels, including but not limited to Facebook Pixel, Twitter Pixel, Google Ads Pixel, and other marketing tools within Adobe Launch.
10. Monitor and test the performance of tags to ensure accurate data collection and proper functionality.
11. Develop custom JavaScript solutions for advanced tracking requirements and integrations.
12. Ensure adherence to best practices for tag management, data privacy, and performance optimization.
13. Good understanding of Cookie Consent Policies i.e., CCPA, GDPR, GPC etc., along with the platforms like Evidon, One Trust, etc.,
14. Conduct audits and provide technical support for ongoing Adobe Launch implementations.
15. Stay up to date with new features in Adobe Launch and tag management trends.
16. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Launch (Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager - DTM experience is a plus).
17. Strong understanding of JavaScript/jQuery and experience with custom scripting for tags.
18. Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
19. Familiarity with the Data Layer and its implementation for accurate data tracking.
20. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, DOM manipulation, and debugging tools like browser developer tools.
21. Experience troubleshooting browser console errors and resolving common tag-related issues.
22. Strong attention to detail and ability to validate tag configurations and tracking data.
23. Experience with API integrations and managing data exchanges between systems.
24. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques related to tag management.
25. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Strong practical understanding on Forex, Cash Pooling , I/Co loan, Options and Forwards, netting, and Current account settlement
Cash Management :
* Optimize cash flow by efficiently managing working capital and liquidity
* Monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
* Implement initiates to enhance cash visibility and liquidity management .
Currency Risk Management.
* Execute and Manage currency hedging transactions to mitigate exposure and ensure optimal financial outcomes.
* Monitor and analyses currency market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
Hedging Strategies.
* Understanding on financial instruments , such as forwards options and futures to hedge against currency and interest rate risks.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions , banks, and other relevant external partners on bank fee , Claims and Issue Management.
Compliance and Reporting:
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
* Prepare and present comprehensive Treasury reports to senior managements, highlighting KPI and Risk metrics.
* Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits of Treasury functions.
