MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiates kick-off engagement to discuss the project requirements, details and deployment targets with
the department users.

Development Section Head and BASSD Head for presentation to IT Management Steering Committee
(ITMSC).

implementation review for newly deployed systems or project.
• Ensures completion of documentary standards for the assigned projects and system change requests
and organizes project folders to ensure completion of its contents.
• Regularly submits the progress reports to the immediate head.
• Represents ITG on discussions pertaining to automation projects and enhancements to existing systems
of the bank.
• Provides support after project deployment to the different business users in terms of the business system
process relative to adhoc functionalities and reports.
• Attends technical conferences and seminars to ensure continuing education to support the bank's
research and development activities.
