Skills & Experience • 8+ years in software architecture and backend engineering • Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design • Proficiency in Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) • Experience with time-series databases, stream processing, and API design • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (AND/OR) • Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first development • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices. • Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and prompt engineering • Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n) and logistics systems (e.g., OpenBoxes) • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks
