We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE)/Senior Scrum master to lead our Agile Train. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration, enhancing productivity, and driving continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and Animate Delivery Schedule: Organize and animate the train delivery schedule through synchronization mechanisms such as Program Increment (PI) planning and light synchronization sessions.
· Retrospectives Management: Organize retrospectives of each increment and follow up on the actions validated by the teams to ensure continuous improvement.
