Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and deploy Flexera One ITAM/FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform platform administration, including environment setup, user management, role-based access control, and system maintenance.
• Plan and execute application upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal business disruption.
• Configure inventory collection, data imports, business adapters, and connectors.
• Integrate Flexera with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, VMware, and other inventory or CMDB platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, inventory, and licensing issues.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and data quality, implementing optimization recommendations where required.
• Support software license management, reconciliation, compliance reporting, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams during implementation and support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, change implementation, and operational maintenance.
• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in testing, validation, and release management activities for new implementations and upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience implementing and supporting Flexera One ITAM and/or FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS).
• Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera implementation, configuration, administration, and upgrades.
• Experience configuring inventory adapters, business adapters, import schedules, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Flexera inventory collection technologies and inventory troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating Flexera with ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, VMware, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Good understanding of software licensing concepts for major vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, or VMware.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
