- Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios
- Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission
- Daily Interaction with sellers on Commercial topics
- Internal stakeholder management - Category / catalog.
Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a multi-step process team
- Good knowledge of Ms-office and Excel (Basic MIS)
- Experience in seller interactions
- B.com or any graduate with skills & preferred experience
- Candidates having experience in managing vendor onboarding and KYC preferred
- Having experience in managing third party stakeholders preferred
- Candidates from E commerce / retail background preferred
