Good client facing skills and able to Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on UKG Pro WFM functionality and configuration in virtual client meetings Functional Responsibilities (Core Focus):
• Provide day-to-day support for end users across key UKG modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting(knowledge).
• Provide work estimates for system enhancements and be able to translate to system functional requirements / specifications
• Identify and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical team and/or vendor (UKG) support teams.
• Review, analyze, and resolve configuration issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.
• Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements or changes.
• Participate in unit & regression testing and validation of upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
