Job Description

As a Microsoft M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other related applications. Your role will involve collaboration with various internal departments to support their needs and optimize the use of M365 tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality. Support day-to-day support incidents, problems, changes, vulnerability management, license, usage, and capacity monitoring. Collaborate with IT and other departments to understand their requirements and provide M365 solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration. Implement and maintain security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide technical support and training to end-users on M365 applications and features. Stay up to date with the latest M365 updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve our environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years. Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications. Experience with hybrid environments and migration projects. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
