JD for Senior SSIS ETL Support (8 to 12 years exp)
Thorough knowledge of SSIS components with a broad range of experience transforming data from CSV files, XML files, and common relational database sources and destinations
Develop complex SQL queries for small to large sets of data and lead query optimization efforts
Design and develop ETL solutions using data integration tools for interfacing between source application and the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Experience working with SSIS packages. Create new SSIS packages, develop and maintain existing Production SSIS packages. So Production support experience is must.
Develops ETL technical specifications, designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports optimal data solutions
Hands-on development experience with Transact-SQL, including stored procedure development
Strong knowledge of relational database logical and physical design including star schemas and data cubes
Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data
Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL process
Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
