Provide L1/L2 technical support for cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Monitor cloud resources and respond to alerts/incidents.
Manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud security configurations.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
Assist in cloud deployments, migrations, and infrastructure provisioning.
Work with DevOps and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call support and shift rotations, if required.
