About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TIBCO Spotfire, with a strong background in data engineering, advanced data visualization, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
· Create dynamic visualizations using Spotfire’s scripting capabilities (IronPython, JavaScript).
· Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Spotfire.
· Perform data modeling, transformation, and integration from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Optimize data workflows and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
· Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
· Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management, performance tuning, and dashboard development.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics roles.
· Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire for data visualization and advanced analytics.
· Solid understanding of SQL and working with relational databases, IronPython scripting, Spotfire expressions (calculated columns, custom expressions).
· Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
· Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing concepts, and cloud-native architectures.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Spotfire Server, Web Player, and Automation Services.
· Familiarity with Python or other statistical tools.
