We are looking for a Marketplace KAM with strong seller-side experience and deep expertise in Amazon marketplace operations. The role involves managing key seller accounts, driving growth, and optimizing performance across Amazon platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end seller account operations on Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central)
* Act as the primary point of contact for key seller accounts
* Drive sales growth through pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies
* Monitor account health metrics (OOS, Buy Box, performance notifications)
* Optimize listings, content, and keywords to improve conversion and discoverability
* Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing)
* Analyze reports and dashboards to track performance and identify growth opportunities
* Resolve operational issues related to catalog, payments, claims, and compliance
