2 Problem analysis, Requirement gathering, Coordination, Meetings and reporting
3 In-depth expertise of troubleshooting critical issue, root cause analysis
4 Liaising with service provider and support customer for critical issues also solve and respond to customer’s day to day requests
5 Compliance and vulnerability remediation, Maintaining patching cycle and SSL expiry
6 Creating technical & user documentation, POA also inventory update
