We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP L1 Support Analyst to provide firstlevel support for SAP users across the Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management
(MM), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules. The candidate will be responsible for
handling user queries, resolving basic issues, monitoring tickets, escalating unresolved
problems to L2/L3 teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day SAP operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, basic SAP functional knowledge, and the
ability to support end users in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 support for SAP SD, MM, and FI related incidents and service
requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for SAP end users via phone, email, or ticketing
system.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track support tickets in the ITSM/ticketing tool.
• Resolve routine and repetitive SAP issues based on SOPs, knowledge base articles,
and standard solutions.
• Support users in transaction-related issues, master data requests, basic reporting
