Job Description

The Local IT Security & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security requirements. This includes guiding and monitoring the local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security activities. The role reports hierarchically inside local (mine) IT organization and functionally to Mining CISO. The main role is to assist the Mining CISO in the assessment and implementation of IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security requirements. He/She thereby supports the company’s growing regulatory obligations through projects construction and operating phases, all while being aligned with the Mining Segment and ArcelorMittal IT standards, policies and compliance requirements. The role will include tasks such as coordinating local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security activities, reporting on progress and results of VAPT, Security Baseline controls, ITGC/SOX compliance reviews, IT audits (internal and external), security related policies, security escalation processes, OT Security, Cyber Security Incident Management. He/She will furthermore participate in meetings with the Mining CISO and the others when required.
