Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Python Developer with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design and develop secure automation solutions. The role involves building scalable backend systems, implementing authentication frameworks, and leading development initiatives within a cloud-based architecture.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, IAM protocols, API development, and AWS cloud technologies, along with experience guiding development teams and collaborating with architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop secure backend services and automation solutions using Python.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
Implement authentication and authorization frameworks including OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Utilize Docker and container-based environments for application deployment.
Lead development efforts, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure scalable and secure system design.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
