Missions
We are seeking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to help us with the Business Analysis on our current projects. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in the delivery and support process of Société Générale software solutions.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Design the functional content of the IT solution on behalf of the business
Provide user assistance, production monitoring and support of Modelling data
Identify, analyze, challenge, and translate user needs for changes and new requirements of the upstream/downstream business users
Work together with the PO. Contribute on the different project phases (opportunity study, framing, analysis and design, functional validation, change management)
Elaborate functional and partial technical specifications to the development team
Identify, write, validate test cases, and perform IT testing
Anticipate and follow-up changes.
Profile
Require 5+ years relevant BA experience
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented
Strong fundamentals in Investment Banking and Capital markets
Strong Data Analysis skills and well versed with data principles
Experience in SQL and MS Excel (intermediate to advance level)
Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods, agile ceremonies, etc.
Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases
Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery
Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
Strong documentation skills
Ability to listen, think, analyze user requirements, and implement quick solutions
Nice to have
Experience in Credit Risk or Regulatory Projects is a big plus
Finance/ Banking domain experience: Credit Risk & Modelling
Worked on at least one project with minimum 12 months period

Payroll Analyst
Job Role:
• Payroll Associate Responsible for processing payroll for 1800+ employees. To
manage the payroll process and ensure 100% accuracy, time execution and
adherence to the Local Labor Laws and internal SOP's. This includes all payroll
related reporting as requir including and not limited to salary registers/summaries,
reconciliations of costs/ provisions and statutory reporting.
• Work with the payroll vendor and ensure employee query and communications are
handled effectively.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with payroll tax reporting and withholding
responsibilities.
• Encourage constant employee communication channels to build awareness
amongst employees about investments, pay and reimbursement process etc.
• 100 % compliance of the monthly filing of mandatory returns. Maintain and close all
filings pertaining to labor departme requirements
• Comply with all the payroll financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and
obligations, including statutory obligations, and ensuring all payroll systems comply
with national tax laws.
• Attending to any payroll-related queries or questions from employees.
• Direct, manage and maintain contact with internal and external “client/customers”
for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction
Knowledge Skill and Experience
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in Payroll.
2. Exposure to HR Tools and should have dealt with ADP(vendor).
3. Should have exposure of handling HR, Payroll, and allied activities for foreign nationals.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
