Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders (business teams, product owners, and customers) for lending products and systems.Process Analysis Understanding and documenting the entire lending lifecycle, from loan origination and underwriting to disbursement and collections, to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.Documentation Creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and system specifications for development and testing teams.Stakeholder Management Facilitating communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, product vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.Solution Design Support Providing domain expertise and supporting the design of solutions, including wireframes, and providing input on database and API integrations.Testing Coordination Working with testing teams, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.Technical Collaboration Liaising with developers and engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications, understanding API functionalities, and data flows.Key Skills and Qualifications Lending Domain Expertise Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, especially the loan lifecycle and relevant regulatory frameworks.Communication Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.Technical Skills Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and potentially tools for wireframing and UI design.Documentation Skills Proficiency in creating comprehensive and high-quality business analysis documents. Adaptability Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities and requirements

The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing reporting solutions that enable GTE to industrialize and factually support its client relationship with auditable data.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain existing reports, ensuring data quality and reliability of source repositories.
Manage data integration and processing from reference sources.
Produce and enhance reports on:
Infrastructure volumes consumed by GTE clients.
Optimization of infrastructure consumption.
Client projects (CTB).
Service quality.
Infrastructure transformation.
Identify and implement simplification and convergence opportunities with other data processing domains (billing, production governance, etc.).
Support client relationship teams in the understanding and proper use of reports
Experience in data analysis and reporting, and preferably Cost controlling
Ability to work in a complex environment with large and heterogeneous datasets.
Critical thinking and rigor in assessing data quality.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
