· This is a client facing role reporting to the Client Service Owner, DXC management and Client executives on various aspects of the business.
· Understand new build model, data model, development/customization process in Siebel.
· Work closely with business stakeholders & IT integration partners.
· Understand & Provide performance tuning solutions for online & Batch integrations.
· The candidate is required to have excellent Siebel skills plus a good working knowledge of Siebel interfaces and PL/SQL.
· Update Technical Design Documents & KB based on Service request and incident closures.
· Adhere to Release and Change Management Processes
· Help troubleshoot any integration related issues with Support Engineers on the Bridge.
