Key Responsibilities
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath Studio & REFramework
Build automation workflows including UI automation, OCR, data scraping, API integrations
Work with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, scheduling, queues, and asset management
Troubleshoot, debug, and perform RCA for automation failures
Collaborate with business teams to gather and refine automation requirements
Prepare PDD, SDD, test cases, and user documentation
Optimize existing automations for performance & reliability
Follow best practices for version control, exception handling, and logging
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator
Experience with REFramework
Proficiency in VBA / .NET / Python (any one preferred)
Understanding of SQL queries and API integrations
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
UiPath Certification (RPA Associate / Advanced Developer)
Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, or GenAI/Agentic automation
Knowledge of process assessment and RPA best practices
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
