Founded in 2020, RESG/DDS (Digital and Data Services) is the transversal IT department serving the IT Sector and Business Lines.
Within DDS/ITF (common technical foundations for all IT departments), the DSP entity is the service center responsible for the group’s CI/CD platforms.
The DDS/ITF team provides digital solutions for the Société Générale group around Low Code / No Code, as well as services that facilitate and accelerate the work of software developers. The Beneficiary wishes to implement several enhancements to its technical foundation (Bash, Powershell, GitHub Action, Camunda, Python, SQL, Highchart / ag-grid).
In this context, the service consists of supporting the improvement of the GitHub Copilot enrollment process, the AI development assistant:
Improvement of current GitHub actions
Implementation of enhancements to the current process (Python)
Improvement of the Workflow based on Camunda
Interaction with the github.com APIs (bash / python)
Migration of current storage to a PostgreSQL database
Support for user requests
Assisting users with the installation, usage, etc., of GitHub Copilot
Creation of an evolving script for deploying the GitHub Copilot plugin
Expertise in Software Craftsmanship, Clean Code, and TDD in Object-Oriented Programming will be a plus, thereby increasing the impact of the intervention by offering advanced training workshops for senior developers/leads, who in turn will pass on best practices to their teams.
