Fund Reporting Roles & Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job): · Provide end-to-end leadership over monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including review and sign-off of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, statement of changes in net assets, and NAV reports) for Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Mutual Funds, and other complex investment vehicles. · Oversee and approve Schedules of Investments across multiple fund types, ensuring accuracy of portfolio holdings, valuation methodologies, security classifications, disclosures, and compliance with applicable reporting GAAP. · Own overall delivery governance for fund reporting, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, NAV reporting, and investor reporting packages, while upholding high standards of quality, controls, and audit readiness. · Direct audit and regulatory reporting cycles, review supporting schedules, ensure completeness of documentation, and manage auditor interactions and client escalations with professionalism and technical authority. · Lead comprehensive oversight of NAV reporting, including final approval of valuation inputs, pricing files, expense accruals, management and performance fee calculations, and all reconciliations.
