JD:Manage end-to-end CLRA compliance for third-party vendors providing manpower resources. Coordinate with external compliance audit vendors and monitor audit execution from the Principal Employer (PwC) perspective. Track and ensure closure of audit observations and compliance gaps. Maintain and update compliance mapping in internal compliance insight tools. Ensure timely submission and verification of statutory documents (licenses, registers, returns, etc.). Act as a liaison between vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders for compliance requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights. Monitor adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements under CLRA.
