8+ yrs as a Technical Project Manager or application support professional with experience supporting multiple end-to-end data/AI products
Solid experience with Azure services and Snowflake. Hands-on experience in building data analytics, data engineering and AI solutions (Good to have).
Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple applications, priorities, tickets, risks, and action items in parallel.
Hands-on mindset with the ability to investigate Level 1 issues, reproduce problems, document findings, and drive initial resolution.
Experience coordinating across infrastructure, engineering, data, security, and business teams to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
Good understanding of application maintenance practices, incident management, change coordination and service operations
