• Job Description: Accountant
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on accounts payable and
receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Debit Note & Claims Collection: Independently lead the follow-up process with vendors to
secure Credit Notes (CN) for all Debit Notes raised by the organization.
• Negotiation & Communication: Act as the primary liaison for vendors, using strong
negotiation and communication skills to resolve outstanding claims and speed up collection
cycles.
• Accrual Management: Compute, validate, and post accurate accruals on a regular schedule
to ensure financial statements reflect current liabilities and assets.
• Scheme Letter Validation: Rigorously verify and validate scheme letters to ensure total
compliance with company terms and conditions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Business Finance teams at the vendor level to
investigate and resolve disputes related to claims or financial discrepancies.
• General Ledger & Reporting: Perform core accounting tasks, including journal entries,
account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end closing process.
• Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to track claim aging, identify recovery trends, and
report on collection effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience in a core accounting role.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or
specialized claims management is highly preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills
• Accounting Principles: Strong command of standard accounting principles and proficiency in
accounting software/ERP systems.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify discrepancies in complex claims and develop effective problem-
solving strategies.
• Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to manage and
interpret large volumes of financial data.

• Develop and optimize bidirectional data flows supporting CMDB, HRSD, IRM, and ITSM modules
• Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication
