· Manage the complete vendor onboarding process in Coupa, ensuring all documents, compliance requirements, and validations are completed accurately through Coupa Supplier Portal
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather required information and ensure timely approval of vendor registrations.
· Educate vendors on invoice submission procedures, required documentation, and timelines for seamless invoice processing within Coupa.
2. PR–PO (Purchase Requisition – Purchase Order) Management
· Review and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per the Purchasing guidelines
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of PR/PO details including pricing, terms, and vendor information.
3. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Coordination
· Track and follow up with end users/stakeholders for timely GRN entries.
· Provide support and guidance to stakeholders in updating GRNs correctly in the tool.
· Resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, PO line items, pending GRNs, and receipt confirmations.
4. Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly procurement reports (e.g., open PR/PO status, vendor performance, GRN aging reports, etc.).
· Ensure accurate documentation and maintain audit-ready procurement records.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Support
· Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders for procurement and Coupa tool-related queries.
