The Transition and Transformation Manager is responsible for executing the seamless transition of business processes into a shared services model. This role involves leading complex transition projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, and optimizing service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in transition management, project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation, ensuring successful implementation within the organization’s shared services framework.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support the development and implementation of transition plans for migrating business processes to the shared services model, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Manage complex projects involving transitions of multiple functions into the shared service center.
•
Collaborate with SMEs, Project Leads, and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions while addressing concerns and mitigating risks.

Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement within shared services.
•
Assess potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications & Experience
