We are looking for an experienced MLOps Platform Engineer to build and maintain a robust platform supporting the entire ML lifecycle. The role includes automating ML model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring, while integrating with existing infrastructure to accelerate ML innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD for ML: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML code and infrastructure, covering unit, integration, and deployment stages.
Automated ML Training: Build structured pipelines for model training, automatic sweeps, data processing, and hyperparameter optimization.
Includes scheduling, queuing, and cost monitoring.
Support for cloud and on-prem GPU environments.
Model Monitoring: Create tools and dashboards for continuous monitoring of deployed models (health, availability, performance).
Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration with existing workflows, data pipelines, and compute architecture.
MLOps Best Practices: Implement standards for reproducibility, governance, and version control across ML lifecycle.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML Engineering, with focus on ML infrastructure.
Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
Workflow orchestration: Airflow or similar.
Model Serving & Deployment: Kubernetes-based deployment, BentoML, MLServer.
Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Familiarity with MLOps platforms: MLflow, Kubeflow, Comet ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI.
ML model monitoring tools experience.
IaC tools: Terraform.
Knowledge of distributed training frameworks.
