Position Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically adept Manager of Data Management & Intelligent Automation to lead the transformation of our data and analytics ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in establishing a modern analytics mindset, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform, while integrating intelligent automation through Copilot Agents within a Dynamics 365 (D365) environment.

Role Description:
1. Understand the Data Migration Requirements
2. Understand the Teamcenter Data model and solution
3. Create the data mapping
4.Create scripts for migration, Unit test
5. Understand the overall migration strategy and steps and execute the Rehearsals.
Essential Skills:
Should have in-depth understanding of Data Migration ETL methodology.
Should be able to understand Source Database systems, Source data model, Business requirements for Data migration.
Should possess knowledge on extracting data from the team center schema using SQL script.
Should have good knowledge on MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL functions, procedures, cursors, DML operations, collection, triggers, Index, Joins, CTE..Etc.
Should be able to write complex queries meeting the business requirement.
Should have very good knowledge on Data Import/Export techniques.
Should be able to tune the script respect to performance and should have deep knowledge on Query execution plan & optimization.
Should be able to guide the developers for any technical queries and practice coding standard.
Good verbal and written Communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Worked with a Japanese customer for 1 PLM Data Migration (any PLM).
Basic knowledge of Japanese.
Experience in fast bulk loader utility- Knowledge on extracting data from Teamcenter database.
Basic Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM Data Model.
Knowledge of Database Performance Tuning Techniques.

Job Description- Roles & Responsibilities
o Compensation Benchmarking and Analysis
· Work on compensation benchmarking exercise for assigned LoS/SBU - participation in compensation surveys including recommendations on comparator baskets, understanding job families and descriptions, and data validation with the business.
· Conduct job matching exercises with survey partners.
· Participate in Campus surveys to review stipend/CTC offered for campus hiring, understand campus recruitment trends from Campus team.
· Gap Analysis: Collation and analysis of multiple sources of benchmarks and data to derive insights on compensation trends and gaps basis external benchmarks, recruitment data, internal employee data and existing pay ranges.
· Conduct review of pay ranges across SBUs, based on survey results and gap analysis, internal and external equity analysis. Design new ranges as required by the business. Partner with business teams for finalizing pay ranges basis affordability inputs.
o Annual Compensation Review
· Create first level simulations and models on increments and variable pay including promotions. Partner with BUHC and LoS/BU Leaders to refine LoS wise compensation models, principles, and grids.
· Conduct Pay Equity Analysis
· Work with LoS BUHC for budget approval for Bonus and Increments. Work on Presentation CPO/COO on final increment and VPay grids
· Partner with HC Operations and BUHC teams for final TR Checks for governance and compliance, Letter Release; and Increment and Variable Pay payout (for staff)
o Other
· Policy Management – Working on SOPs/Policies/Guidelines that come under the domain of Total Rewards
· Data Repository – maintain up to date compensation and benefits data repository.
· Work on Internal Audit requirements as needed.
· Participate in Vendor Evaluation for compensation and benefits.
· Acting as a CoE for key stakeholders like Performance Management team leaders, BU HCs and other COEs for addressing Compensation and Benefits concerns/queries

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, messaging technologies (e.g Kafka), Caching system (e.g Redis) etc.
Familiarity with SQL and knowledge of other NoSQL and modern database technologies.
Proficiency in software engineering tools (e.g., Java build tools, CI/CD) and adherence to best practices such as unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, etc.
