Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Asset Condition Monitoring Specialist to support the health assessment, performance tracking, and lifecycle planning of critical electrical assets, with a focus on HV/LV systems and cable infrastructure. This role plays a key part in enabling condition-based maintenance strategies, improving asset reliability, and minimizing downtime across operations. You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and digital teams to implement asset health monitoring programs, analyze diagnostic data, and provide actionable insights to guide investment and maintenance decisions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Monitor the health and condition of electrical assets including HV/LV cables, transformers, switchgear, and associated components. Analyze asset performance data (load, temperature, insulation resistance, partial discharge, etc.) to assess degradation trends and failure risk. Design and implement asset condition monitoring programs using diagnostic tools and sensors. Support condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance strategies, reducing reliance on time-based schedules. Maintain asset health indices and support the development of risk-based asset replacement plans.
