About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Transaction Management's AI Acceleration initiatives, working across TM Pod structures to drive process assessment, AI adoption tracking, and close-out reporting. This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis and AI-driven transformation, requiring someone who can map current-state workflows, assess automation opportunity per process area, and translate findings into clear requirements for engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support mapping of TM Pod structure and ownership, working with Pod Owners to validate team alignment and coverage.
• Conduct assessment of AI acceleration opportunities per process area, documenting current-state workflows and identifying automation/AI-augmentation candidates.
• Track and report on Tiger Team workstream progress, consolidating findings into structured updates for stakeholders.
• Own close-out documentation and reporting for completed AI acceleration workstreams, ensuring findings and outcomes are captured for future reference.
• Write clear technical requirements and user stories translating AI acceleration opportunities into actionable engineering/product backlog items.
• Partner with Product Leads and Engineering to validate feasibility of proposed AI acceleration use cases per process area.
• Support governance reporting cadence, keeping Portfolio Services leadership informed of AI acceleration progress and blockers.
Required Experience
• Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally within process transformation, automation, or AI/ML-adjacent initiatives.
• Experience with process mapping and current-state/future-state workflow analysis.
• Ability to write clear requirements and user stories for both business and technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management — this role requires coordinating across Pod Owners, Tiger Team members, and Product Leads.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments (backlog, user stories, sprint cadence).
Nice to Have
• Experience with Transaction Management, CRE, or Portfolio Services domain.
• Familiarity with AI/ML acceleration frameworks or automation tooling.
• Experience supporting Tiger Team or rapid-assessment workstreams.
