At least one global completed, successful, UKG Pro (previously Dimensions) deployment experience5+ years of experience in global Kronos cloud deployments. Min number would be 3 deploymentsDeep exper-tise (15+) in the end-to-end WFM domain (Pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping - integrations with pay-roll)Techno-functional experience. Desirable Skill:
Individual will be responsible for multiple country deployments (about 6-7 per individual) and hence needs to be senior enough to support tech teamsLocation is flexible as it is important to get the right competence

Test cases based on product specs and/or requirements gathered from team
Trace and debug data quality issue to root cause

Complete the full cycle of Identification, Validation, Enrollment and Billing procedures related to members
· Work on the customer’s applications, eligibility and fallouts arising out of discrepancies in the systems
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of applications taken
· Billing activity includes monthly generation of member premium bills and payments received to fulfill those bills
· Correct all Billing discrepancies in a way that member no longer owes money
· Changes in Payment types as requested by Member
· Complete Account reconciliation of members post terminating the member from Services
· Works flexibly and cooperatively under supervision with all team members
· Completes all responsibilities according to established protocols, policies and standard practices plus adhere to regulatory compliance programs such as HIPPA

• The role demands two primary things – Business/System Analysis.
• Work closely with diverse Business and IT teams & gain a detailed understanding of the Business requirements to simplify those at system level.
• Prepare requirements, solution documents, and high level design document.
• Drive the detailed design activity for implementation of the change requests.
• Supporting IT teams in issue resolution around the agreed solution to ensure that the release schedule remains on track and that functional issues are solved through appropriate, agreed solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in regulatory reporting projects in Credit Risk RWA calculation, IFRS9
• Desirable to have exposure on terms like LGD (loss given default) / PD (probability of default) / EAD (exposure at default) / EL (expected loss) as a searching criterion on profiles
• Willingness to work on Techno functional role. (75% Functional 25% Technical)
• Ability to analyze the requirement and decompose at system level components and processes.
Ability to write SQLs code for system analysis.
