Job Description: Serves as team member in the deployment and support of serialization technology applications across all functional areas. This includes leading or contributing to the requirements analysis, use cases, functional and technical design, architecture, implementation and testing in line with the SDLC methodologies and the Global SAP template.? Performs feasibility analysis and assessments for new regulatory requirements, including understanding implications for the current and future functional serialization architecture. This includes developing high level proposal with timelines and tasks Is responsible for drafting / reviewing high-level design and functional requirements for integrating enterprise serialization systems with the enterprise ERP environment, packaging execution systems, external parties (Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Marketing Authorization Holders, 3PLs, Governmental Agencies, ...). Formulates options including assessing their relative merits and risks and works with clients / business analysts to determine the best solution.? Communicates and partners broadly with stakeholders at multiple levels across the enterprise and maintains awareness of projects or changes to other systems that may impact enterprise systems to ensure there is no degradation of service. Understands priorities and deadlines and anticipates change and escalate accordingly. Advises clients / business analysts on discrete technology-related business problems, leveraging IT colleagues as appropriate. Acts as subject matter expert on Serialization, primarily responsible for gathering functional / business requirements for solution design for packaging, warehouse operations, distribution, and regulatory reporting, in compliance with markets serialization requirements as global regulatory requirements continue to evolve. Develops subject matter expertise within functional and technical teams in overall serialization solutions and provides direction and guidance to drive ongoing configuration, enhancements, upgrades and integration effort. Relationship Management: Maintain good relationship with stakeholders Supplier Management: Manage and build sustainable relationships with Strategic Partners Incident, problem, escalation, configuration, release and capacity management Compliance with all Internal and External Audit observations? Smooth transition of projects into production.
Essential Skills: - ? Minimum 2 years overall experience in SAP ATTP? Minimum 3 years overall experience in Supply Chain and SAP ERP? Experience in some other SAP ERP logistics modules (SAP ECC - S/4HANA)? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills? Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills? Ability to translate complex technical issue into business terms.? Ability to operate in a cross-functional / matrix environment
