Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full meter-to-cash process, including meter reading, billing, and process validations.
• Manage ISU master data, covering device lifecycle management, master data corrections, and data migrations using EMIGALL, EMIGMASSRUN, and LSMW.
• Configure and maintain device categories, register groups, installation/removal of devices, validation rules, scheduling, and support for contract move-in/move-out.
• Utilize analytical, process improvement, and configuration skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform ABAP debugging, collaborate across project and support teams, and ensure successful integrations between SAP IS-U DM and connected modules (Billing, CRM, FICA).
• Demonstrate experience in utility smart metering infrastructure and BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) to resolve operational challenges.
• Proficiently handle and analyze large datasets in Excel using advanced formulas.
Required Qualifications:
