Job Description

The Product Owner will lead the strategy and delivery of R&D data digitization and governance solutions, driving AI-enabled automation, IDMP/SPOR compliance, and high quality master data across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Safety, and Packaging functions. Key Responsibilities • Own the product strategy and roadmap for R&D data digitization, MDM, and governance solutions. • Lead development and adoption of AI/ML tools for document digitization, structured content creation, dossier/label automation, and raw material/product data extraction. • Prioritize and manage backlogs aligned with business value, regulatory mandates, and transformation goals. • Define and maintain Product, Substance, Formulation, and Raw Material data models, standards, and metadata aligned with IDMP/SPOR. • Oversee data migration, verification, and quality management across global R&D data domains. • Ensure platform and process compliance with GxP, audit requirements, and global regulatory expectations. • Partner with Regulatory, PV, Clinical, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to harmonize data flows and deliver scalable digital capabilities. • Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities for all digitization initiatives. Required Experience & Skills • 10+ years in R&D Pharma or Consumer Healthcare, with strong understanding of R&D and Regulatory ecosystems. • Deep expertise in Product/Substance/Formulation/Raw Material data structures and lifecycle. • Strong knowledge of IDMP/SPOR, MDM, data governance, and GxP practices. • Hands-on experience with AI/NLP/OCR tools for data digitization and automation. • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and drive Agile delivery. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities across global cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an SLT Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience who has expertise in setting up new configurations , MT ids and implementation of exits in SLT Server using ABAP . The ideal candidate will have knowledge in SAP SLT ( basis + ABAP), with a preference for those with experience in Consumer Engagement. Responsibilities • - SLT Developer with an experience of setting up new configurations , MT ids and implementation of exits in SLT Server using ABAP . -Experience in New Configuration Set up and MT ID Creation in SLT , this involves specifying the source system, target system, and the relevant settings for data replication. -Define the Mapping Tables- Experience in defining the mapping tables. This involves specifying the source tables and the corresponding target tables and can also define any transformation rules that need to be applied during the replication process. -Experience in creating Transformation rules using ABAP language -Write Transformation Rules- If you need to apply complex transformations should have experience to write ABAP code in the transformation rules. This code will be executed during the data replication process to transform the data as needed. This code can include conditional logic, loops, and other ABAP constructs to perform complex data transformations. These rules can be simple for example- converting data types or complex- aggregating data, applying business logic. - Experience in implementing all kind of exits in SLT using ABAP • Read Exit , Transformation Exit , Write Exit Identify the Exit Point- Determine where in the replication process you need to apply your custom logic -read, transformation, or write. - Create the Exit- Write the ABAP code for the exit.
