Job Description

The Local IT Security & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security requirements. This includes guiding and monitoring the local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security activities. The role reports hierarchically inside local (mine) IT organization and functionally to Mining CISO. The main role is to assist the Mining CISO in the assessment and implementation of IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security requirements. He/She thereby supports the company’s growing regulatory obligations through projects construction and operating phases, all while being aligned with the Mining Segment and ArcelorMittal IT standards, policies and compliance requirements. The role will include tasks such as coordinating local IT Security, IT Compliance and OT Security activities, reporting on progress and results of VAPT, Security Baseline controls, ITGC/SOX compliance reviews, IT audits (internal and external), security related policies, security escalation processes, OT Security, Cyber Security Incident Management. Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using AWS QuickSight. · Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and intuitive visualizations. · Develop and optimize semantic data models, datasets, and calculated fields to support reporting and analytics use cases. · Partner with data engineering teams to define data requirements, validate source data, and improve overall data quality. · Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness of analytics products. · Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support for dashboards and data products. · Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reporting defects, and performance issues. · Recommend best practices for dashboard design, visualization standards, governance, and self-service analytics. · Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and continuously improve reporting capabilities. · Document technical designs, business logic, data definitions, and testing results.

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. · 2+ years of hands-on AWS QuickSight development experience. Strong expertise in dimensional data modeling, star schemas, semantic layers, and analytical data structures. · Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and validating large datasets. · Experience building executive dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI scorecards. · Proven experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and testing of analytics products. · Strong understanding of data quality management and root-cause analysis. · Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine reporting solutions. · Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
