The role involves building next-generation Edge-to-Cloud machine learning solutions for Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, OCR, Object Detection, and modern frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable AI models, improving model accuracy through active learning, and optimizing solutions for real-time edge deployment.
Responsibilities
Train, optimize, and evaluate object detection, pose estimation, and OCR models for high-speed highway environments.
Analyze large-scale video data and identify failure modes using clustering and dimensionality reduction techniques.
Develop and maintain active learning pipelines and automated ground truth generation (AutoGT) using Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
Implement temporal tracking logic and spatial heuristics to improve OCR accuracy and handle object occlusions.
Collaborate on multimodal AI solutions by integrating visual data with LiDAR and Radar sensor inputs.
Optimize AI models for edge deployment while meeting real-time latency and compute constraints.
