TREND FORECAST & RESEARCH
- Conduct market research to identify latest Fashion trends, fabrics, techniques in the market ( Indian & global fast fashion trends)
- Daily tracking & use of forecast tools for trend spotting & social media.
- Create monthly trend reports and populate decks monthly with style images & sketches.
- Consumable reporting of trends (existing & upcoming) to internal teams.
- Assist support teams in assimilating these trends in form of presentations, discussions & clarifications.
DESIGN
- Deliver Graphics and product sketches to build our own range of T-shirts or other categories or for collabs.
- Be versatile & proficient in designing for western womenswear and Indie/fusion
- Be confident in leading any category such as accessories, activewear, kidswear etc.
- Proficiency in online & AI tools
- Speed! Ability to quick deliver the task in the appropriate time
- Proficiency in all design softwares - to be able to design & produce techpacks when necessary.
SOFT SKILLS
- Ability to guide & manage junior designers in the team

- Positive attitude
