Position Summary
The role of the Senior Support Engineer, SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting of multiple Client Architectures, and implementations for our global clients who use 4.x, ECC and HANA environments.
The role of the Senior Support Engineer, SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) requires functional experience, integration knowledge, infrastructure and networking expertise and skills to diagnose serious issues; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex, integrated and highly-configured environments.
Role & Responsibilities:
SAP AFS implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement, and Inventory Management within the AFS industry.
Incident Management:
Analyzing bugs, defects in the production environment within SLA timelines
Replicating issues by coordinating with technical developers and other modules consultant based on issue nature
Coordinate with business users for testing bug fixing, testing the message and flows
Workaround for high priority tickets
Root cause analysis and documentations based on requirement to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
10+ years of SAP Functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle AFS projects.
Deep functional and business understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement, and Inventory Management in the AFS industry.
Strong understanding of AFS business processes and industry-specific challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic SAP solutions
