Job Description

Service driven individual providing value add contributions to Technology - India leadership team. Cross functional role that engages with various supporting business units and executive leadership. Manage assigned business unit’s functional budget to track, forecast, and analyze Opex & Capex spend and staffing capacity. Report results and forecast to business unit leadership on a monthly basis. Assists all levels of BU leadership with operational activities. Prepare weekly departmental reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong partnership with Technology – India leadership team including participating in staff meetings. • Central point of contact for the BU for Opex and Capex budgets and staffing management. • In partnership with the BU and Finance, prepare the annual opex and capex budget and staffing plan. • Prepare the monthly Opex and Capex forecast to ensure correct trajectory compared to budget targets. • Discuss results and forecast with leadership team providing valuable insight of risks and opportunities. • Help to develop and integrate new processes and provide training and assistance where needed. • Participate in continuous review to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions in a rapidly changing environment. • Provide requested data to Finance, Procurement and HR partners in a timely manner (including ad hoc requests). • Lead special projects as requested by Finance or BU leadership. • Identify and document simplified processes for improvement, replacing heavy outdated processes where applicable. Job Description: Open-Source Compliance Analyst Profile: Responsibilities include: Working with business lines to ensure legal compliance with all open-source software (OSS) licenses, including reviewing / approving requests for open-source components. Evaluation of software packages using prescribed scanning / auditing tools Creation of clearing reports / license information & readme files based on scan results. Maintenance and updating of software portals with the list of components requested and approved. Performing code auditing and providing recommendations for compliance in software products, to R&D and legal departments. Delivering clearing and audit reports to development teams and updating of internal portal(s) with results Regular reporting of activities and status to key stakeholders., Develop and implement open-source compliance policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to licensing obligations. Conduct thorough analysis of software components to identify open-source licenses and associated obligations. Provide guidance and training to engineering, legal, and product teams on open-source compliance best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks related to open-source usage. Manage and maintain the open-source compliance documentation and tracking systems.
