Level - 09 - 9 BDC11 Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Kubernetes. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing scalable and reliable applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes-based applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop scalable and reliable applications. - Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and related tools. - Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of applications by implementing best practices and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Kubernetes and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Technical consultant on Oracle HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process on Core HR and Absences and their data flow. 2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written 3. The candidate must have configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts: · Expert in Fast Formulas on WFA & Absences · Expert in Oracle HCM SQLs · Reports Development (BIP & OTBI) · Interface Development – HCM Extracts · Data Management - Data loading tools (HDL/HSDL/API and other) · Expertise in Oracle Data Model and Data flow between various business processes related Core HR and Absences · Documentation - Maintain detailed technical documents. · Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex functional issues/problems on WFA & Absences.
