Scope of work:
• Work as a Functional Consultant for MS Dynamics finance & operation module
• Conduct requirement gathering
• Drive adoption of best practices in respective processes
• To be process blueprinting and FRD creation
• Solution design preparation
• Create functional design document for the custom solution i.e. functionality, report, interface, enhancements, workflow, notifications, DIXF etc
• Ensure configuration and development as per customer requirements
• Conducting UAT & training for respective processes
• Ensure Change management / training is completed i.e., resource readiness, business documentation updated (SOPs), etc.
• Create acceptance test plans & criteria along with the test data sets
• Conduct user acceptance testing
• Perform migration / upload of master data and open balances
• Conduct end user training
• Work closely with the client team under supervision of PwC project manager and monitor the daily issues on regular basis
• Work closely with L1 support team to identify the pain areas and provide solution / workaround
• Perform RCA of recurring issues and provide fix for the same
• Coordinate with the client if any change in the process, document the same, initiate the change management, effort estimation etc
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly meeting to discuss support issues, resolutions and reporting
• Resolve any reported issues as agreed SLA
• Work on change requests assigned by the team lead
• Support development of proposals and statement of work to include drafting estimation of efforts.

Job Description:
1.In depth technical understanding of PEGA PRPC V7.X & PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture
2.Analyzes, Identifies, and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V7.X & PEGA PRPC V8.X
3.Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x
4.Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
5.Preferred to have experience on Pega Mobile - Channel interface and Build the mobile offline compatible code in pega.
6.Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.
7.Performing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
8.Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
9.Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
10.Translate the technical architecture design into functional deliverables.
11.Must possess experience in Pega integrations e.g. REST and SOAP.
12.Well versed with all different kinds of rules in Pega ? Should be able to drive the project from offshore & able to work with all stake holders for smooth delivery.
13.Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
14.Maintaining the security of all Pega system applications.
15.Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners and customers as a go to person.
16.Ability to perform Code & Design Reviews and guide team on best practices per Pega Guardrails.
17.Ability to resolve complex design & construction problems to meet specified objectives.
