Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities
• Research and work unreconciled cash transactions in the Oracle Cash Management Tool for Corporate Accounting owned cash disbursement accounts.
• Prepares and processes journal entries monthly by collecting necessary data, analyzing and/or allocating costs, and preparing audit trail support.
• Completes month-end and year-end close functions including preparing journal entries, assisting with the review of department financials, and working with other departments and field business units throughout the close process.
• Performs monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls.
• Works closely with various departments and leads monthly meetings with these teams to discuss new and ongoing matters identified in reconciliations, journal entries, or through other reviews.
