Roles And Responsibilities
• The ISAM will be responsible to Identify and target potential customers and drive business in assigned territories of
US/Canada market, across various industries with strong sales strategies.
• Hands on with Research. Research on customers’ needs and interests, demographics & related product/service demands,
market trends and other data. Create strategies to expand business development activities and present Clean Harbor as
service and solutions providers for all their business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies
and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business and retentions for Clean Harbors and ensuring high
customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales pipeline and following up towards closure. Preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and other tasks
assigned by the sales manager or supervisor. Partner with other team members to create outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities. Manage customer accounts (updating
information, maintaining, and upkeeping of all data related to customer accounts).
Skills Required
• Overall, 2+ years of experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Outbound Sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with an ability to be both persuasive and influential.
• Proficient in English communication skills (Neutral)
• Should have great relationship building skills and customer orientation to understand customer needs and provide tailored
solutions.
• Tremendous work ethic, high integrity, willingness to learn, laser-focused, passionate & committed.
• Growth mindset and high change agility – ability to learn new things quickly and can adapt to and champion change with

Job Description:
Must have project experience in :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen and articulate answer in precise manner. This is global team and candidate to work with various teams and such skills (both verbal and written) will be evaluated during interview.
2. This is fully hands-on individual contributor role. Waterfall methodology. Full SDLC. (Candidate with QA Manager, Scrum Master, QA Lead and similar managerial profile will not be suitable for this role.)
3. This is functionally complex and data intensive system so candidate who have similar work exposure and mindset to master the functionality is essential. (eCommerce, Semiconductor, Networking and relatively simple application that are like loan management, hospitality management will not be suitable for this role).
4. Extensive experience in test data preparation and analysis; immediate level hands-on experience in preparing data and DB SQL Query to validate the scenario at Database (Oracle) level. Should be hands-on currently and using it in latest projects. Will be required to coding SQL intermediate level SQL queries with use cases from previous projects. This is very important skill to be able to take up this role. (Please do not apply if candidate has not worked with Oracle DB or just have basic knowledge or not utilized SQL on Oracle in current/recent project).
5. Exposure to Test Automation using Java 11+, Cucumber BDD Framework. Candidate should have practical expertise of using these skills in project and not just basic knowledge.
