We are seeking an IT Solution Architect. In this role, he will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive IT infrastructure and Integrated Solutions for applications for managed services delivery, ensure adherence to SLAs and security policies and provide technical expertise to clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Design and Architecture:
o Design and implement end-to-end systems and solutions for managing IT infrastructure and automating IT managed service delivery.
o System design should encompass understanding of network, servers (physical and virtual),Interfaces, integration, applications, Data flows, security, and operations
o Ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
o Reviews the firewall sheets, monitoring configuration sheets and propose changes

2. Drive Project & Requirement
o Understand the Technical, Functional and non-functional requirements
o Assess the technical feasibility, impact on the infrastructure & Identify potential bottlenecks and risks
o Foster a high-performing team environment by removing technical roadblocks and guiding team members towards optimal performance
o Drive project schedules, deliverables & collaborate with cross-IT teams for implementing IT, Infra and service management solutions
3. Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning:
o Estimate resource requirements (CPU, memory, disk, network).
o Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
o Implement performance tuning techniques to improve response times and throughput.
o Ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources to support application performance.
4. Problem solver:
o Detect and diagnose issues that arise at the intersection of application and infrastructure.
o Work with both teams to develop and implement solutions to these issues.
o Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of applications through infrastructure improvements.
5. Change Management and Deployment:
o Oversee application deployments and upgrades.
o Manage change requests and assess their impact on the infrastructure.
o Provide management summary for CAB
o Coordinate with infrastructure teams to schedule and execute deployments.
o Plans changes and assign the tasks to various teams and coordinate those tasks.
6. Security and Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
o Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
o participate in regular security assessments and audits.
7. Knowledge Transfer and Training:
o Create and maintain documentation for processes that involve both application and infrastructure.
o Document procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.
o Offer training sessions to both teams to ensure they understand the interdependencies and best practices.
o Foster collaboration and communication between teams.
Required Technical/Professional Skills:
o Worked extensively in Integrated IT Infra landscape Management, Monitoring & Implementation
