Job Description:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass system configuration, maintenance, and en-hancements.
Administer and configure contingent labor and services procurement modules including rate cards, job postings, time/expense sheets, and invoicing workflows.
Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with SAP sys-tems and third-party platforms (e.g., Workday, Kronos)
Support onboarding of vendors and contingent workers, ensuring compliance with JetBlue policies and reg-ulatory standards.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across the contingent labor lifecycle and vendor master data.
Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, process flows, and training materials.
Manage and resolve system issues, user inquiries, and enhancement requests with SAP Fieldglass support and internal stakeholders.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on contingent workforce trends, spend, headcount, and vendor per-formance.
Support change management, testing, and rollout of new SAP Fieldglass features or integrations.

15. Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
16. Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring.
17. Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.
18. Expertise on Performance Analytics
