7. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools
8. Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP
9. Ability to lead complex production environments, including major incident resolution and stabilization
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence decisions
11. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration
12. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
