PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
ArcelorMittal is looking for a Senior System Engineer – MFT with more than 8 years of experience
specializing in enterprise file transfer platforms.
The role ensures secure, reliable, and compliant file transfer services for business-critical applications
across ArcelorMittal Flat Europe, supporting both internal and external integrations.
In scope technologies
• File Transfer: IBM MFT / Globalscape, XFB Gateway, CFT, SecureTransport, Sentinel,
OpenSSH
• Protocols: SFTP, FTP, PESIT, AS2
• Monitoring: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, and maintain MFT platforms across DEV, QA, and PROD
• Design, implement, and support secure file transfer flows
• Administer transfer nodes, agents, schedules, and routing rules
• Monitor file transfers and ensure SLA and throughput compliance
• Investigate and resolve file transfer incidents (L2/L3)
• Manage onboarding of new applications and partners

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Threat and Vulnerability contractor to oversee and coordinate the identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across systems and applications in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber threats, risk management frameworks, and modern security technologies, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
2. REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of APAC Technology team, perform Threat and Vulnerability activities including but not limited to:
• Validate security control coverage against identified IOCs based on emerging cyber threat intelligence
• Conduct application, cloud, network, and infrastructure penetration tests to identify and/or validate vulnerabilities and attack chains.
• Effectively communicate findings, attack paths, and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Coordinate with Business, IT Operations, DevOps, Cloud teams, and application owners to ensure timely mitigation of vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and assess threat intelligence feeds, identifying regional threats and mapping them to existing vulnerabilities and risks.
• Able to take on special assignments that may require additional on-the-fly learning.

• Serve as a resource for engineering teams to consult on effective cyber practices
