Job Description

Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment timelines. Develop job descriptions and specifications as per role requirements. Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn/media, networking, referrals, campus drives (if relevant), and talent pool. Screen resumes/applications, conduct phone/virtual/face‑to‑face interviews, assess candidate fit (skills, culture). Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers; facilitate selection process. Manage offers—compensation discussions, offer letter preparation, negotiation, closure. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires in coordination with HR operations. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting metrics: time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, etc. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired roles or skill sets (tech, leadership, etc.). Promote employer brand through recruitment marketing, candidate experience, campus engagements (if applicable). Stay current on market trends: salary benchmarks, candidate expectations, sourcing tools/techniques.
