The architect will ensure solutions are globally standardized while still supporting necessary regional variations.

The role requires translating design into measurable business outcomes, including KPIs such as reduction in manual journals, faster financial close, improved audit readiness, and enhanced financial visibility. The architect will play a central role in shaping and governing the value realization framework, ensuring that transformation objectives are achieved and sustained.
Candidates must bring strong accounting credentials, preferably Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance, combined with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance transformation programs. Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, including RMCS and integrated finance modules, is essential.
This role is intended for professionals who can go beyond ERP implementation and act as design authorities—ensuring that finance transformation delivers business outcomes, not just system changes.
