Seeking a highly experienced SAP Security Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ECC, HCM,
and SuccessFactors security administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and
managing security roles for HR processes such as Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, Time Management, and Employee
Central, along with a strong understanding of compliance, audit, and risk mitigation practices. This role involves close
collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and auditors to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient SAP
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build role-based security for SAP environments including role definition and job/position mapping.
• Develop and maintain security roles for SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration,
Organizational Management, ESS/MSS.
• Create and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors security issues, including permission inconsistencies and access failures.

third-party applications.
