The candidate must have Technical expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities Technical Configuration & Module Ownership Configure and enhance: o Performance Management templates, workflows, rating scales, and forms o Talent profiles, competency libraries, capability frameworks o Succession planning structures, calibration, talent pools, readiness matrices o Compensation cycles, guidelines, eligibility rules, calculation logic o Dynamic Skill frameworks including ontology, mapping, and skill inference Develop MDF objects, business rules, workflows, XML configurations (if relevant to the platform). Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, workflow breaks, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions). Manage end-to-end system changes using proper SDLC/change-control processes.
