Key Responsibilities
• Lead elicitation and documentation of data and analytics related business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to define data models, integration needs, reporting needs and governance standards.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with IT and business teams for solution design, evaluation, and delivery of Data Management projects
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness for data and reporting solutions.
• Drive strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on enterprise and cross-domain data governance and management.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain traceability between requirements and testing.
• Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
• Support backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for Data management solutions.
Experience:
o 7+ years in IT Business Analysis with strong focus on Data Management.
o Hands-on experience with Master Data Management and Analytical systems and data governance frameworks.
o Proven experience in defining and implementing data transformation rules for integration and migration.
o Strong understanding of RA processes & IDMP standards.
o Exposure to regulatory information systems data models like MDM and Veeva.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in data mapping, data transformation and documentation.
o Strong understanding of data architecture and modelling tools (e.g., Erwin).
o Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
o Expertise in requirement analysis and Agile methodologies.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit requirements.
o Strategic thinking and ability to deliver business value through IT solutions.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
