Provide AMS support for incidents reported at L2 & L3 levels
Should have good analytical skill to handle & clear incidents reported on faster mode
Troubleshooting skills in handling UKG Dimension application and integrations
Establish credibility with supported clients as their trusted advisor. Effectively use and improve methodolo-gy approaches and supporting tools. Timely response to and acceptable resolution of customer escala-tions
Establish credibility and relationships with client decision makers, know their business, their industry, their culture, and their top priorities
Essential Skill:
At least 6 years of hands-on experience in UKG Dimensions WFM timekeeping module involving schedul-ing, timekeeping and absence management
Experience integrating UKG Dimensions WFM module with SAP successfactors and SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attend-ance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
Should be certified in UKG Dimensions module
Should be comfortable to support new requirements in all UKG Dimension modules
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Ability to develop solution architecture, functional specifications, technical artifacts including technical design documents, integration design documents & quick reference guides
Desirable Skill:
Experience in Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos)
Experience and certified in Boomi integrations
Enterprise wide Implementation experience
Other Dimension modules
Experience with Attestation and Clock configuration.
Timekeeping experience, including Accruals.
DataHub technical experience, developing integrations to/from the DataHub platform.
