Job Description: • 5+ years of hands-on testing experience on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on ITSM.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) implementations testing,
• Experience working in ITIL-driven environments and the inter-relationship with
ITSM tooling
• Hands-on experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management.
Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, integration,
regression, and UAT.
• Experience working in agile and waterfall project environments.
