Responsibilities

For the Process Mappers: Undertake training of the use of the Signavio tool (online training/webinar playbacks) Complete the entry of process maps into the Signavio tool ensuring that the BPMN standards and validation criteria are met. Ideally, the process mappers should come from a mix of backgrounds (as there are different processes) – as outlined in the table below. Sound level of experience in process mapping and have the ability to raise queries that need to be captured (within the Signavio tool) Must have good attention to detail Must be able to work with limited supervision Must have the ability to write effectively in English Must be able to work from home
