Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Design and execution of CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training
Data migration using HDL / PBL
Conduct solution workshops and provide best-practice guidance
Develop and support HR integrations and reports (OTBI, BIP, Dashboards)
Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation)
Technical troubleshooting and batch job optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
