Job Description:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB (basic).
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Service Catalog items, including:
o Record Producers
o Catalog Client Scripts
o UI Policies
o Variable sets and workflows / Flow Designer
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Experience in Flow Designer and basic Workflows for request fulfillment and approvals.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting:
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o Script Includes
o UI Policies
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow forms, lists, ACLs, and roles.
• Experience in reports and dashboards for ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with update sets, instance management, and deployment best practices.
• Basic understanding of CMDB concepts and relationships (CSDM awareness is a plus).
• Technical skills: JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS (basic).
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with functional consultants and business users.

Good Understanding of Various Features in AppDynamics like Business Transaction, End User Monitoring, Database Monitoring, Analytics, Custom Metrics and Administration.
In-depth understanding of AppDynamics Architecture and License construct.
Hands-on experience implementing and Upgrade AppDynamics in On-Premise and SaaS based solutions.
Should be able to gather the requirements from the customer, understand the requirements and planning deployment of various configurations related different features like analytics.
Experience on Configuration and customization of Dashboards and Reports as per Client’s Requirements.
Performed POCs for showcasing APMs capabilities and benefits. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance issues in a complex multi-tiered environment.
Ability to integrate APM with various supported ITSM solutions.
Good to have - Any APM Tools Certification.
Business Transactions – Configurations and filtering to optimize application performance and identify performance bottlenecks in web applications and provide RCA.
Knowledge of Customer Experience Management, Application Performance monitoring
Agent Installation and Application Configurations.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
