Job Description:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB (basic).
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Service Catalog items, including:
o Record Producers
o Catalog Client Scripts
o UI Policies
o Variable sets and workflows / Flow Designer
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Experience in Flow Designer and basic Workflows for request fulfillment and approvals.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting:
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o Script Includes
o UI Policies
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow forms, lists, ACLs, and roles.
• Experience in reports and dashboards for ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with update sets, instance management, and deployment best practices.
• Basic understanding of CMDB concepts and relationships (CSDM awareness is a plus).
• Technical skills: JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS (basic).
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with functional consultants and business users.
