Specialist Software Engineer 3 to 6 yrs Oracle HCM Technical - Premium
Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality (Core HR, Absences, OTL, REDWOOD). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. In depth knowledge on REDWOOD in configure Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise in at least 2 modules from Core HR, Absences, OTL
2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
3. The candidate must have technical expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities and REDWOOD
Redwood Upgrade & Enablement
Lead the Redwood UX enablement and upgrade for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
Perform impact analysis of Redwood changes on existing configurations, extensions, and business processes.
Enable Redwood features using Profile Options, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Page Composer alternatives.
Manage coexistence of Classic UI and Redwood UI during phased rollout.
Configuration & Customization
Design and implement Redwood-based configurations using Visual Builder Studio.
Migrate or re-design Classic UI customizations to Redwood-compliant solutions.
Configure Journeys, Guided Flows, Contextual Help, and Alerts aligned with Redwood UX.
Ensure consistent branding and usability across Redwood pages.
Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, workflow breaks, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
Manage end-to-end system changes using proper SDLC/change-control processes.
o Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
o Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
o Raising SR, coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
4. Should have completed at least 2 implementation projects on REDWOOD upgrade on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
5. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
7. Willing to work in shifts
