Role Description
The Senior Consultant – Data & AI Business Transformation is a member of the Data Culture product area focusing on the product “Data & AI Business Transformation.”
Reports directly to the PO Data & AI Business Transformation (Gesa Bartels) and works closely with PM, POs and the team to drive Data & AI Culture at BSH.
The role prepares strategic concepts for business transformation workshops and conducts meetings with participants on senior management level. Co-develops, reviews and improves existing Data & AI assessments (content and tech) and is confident with analytics front-end tools such as Power BI and SAC. Designs and operates surveys and pulse checks across different target audiences including leadership, managers, ICs and shopfloor, and translates results into audience-specific actions. Creates crisp stakeholder documents such as executive decks, workshop materials and success stories, and keeps intranet and wiki content concise and current in coordination with the PO. Joins PI Plannings and drafts Epics, Features and Stories for owned initiatives.
Qualification & Experience Required
Master’s degree in business, management, communication, IT, engineering or similar.
3–6+ years of experience in strategic consulting, transformation or leading product or program roles.
Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and comfort with time-zone collaboration.
