We are seeking a driven and detail oriented HR Program Associate with 7+ years of experience in managing programs involving cross functional teams, tracking strategic initiatives, and delivering impactful communication and learning solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with excellent storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and bias for action.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program & Initiative Management
o Lead end to end planning, execution, and monitoring of programs.
o Coordinate with cross functional teams, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of program goals.
o Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Communication Strategy & Content Development
o Develop clear, engaging, and targeted communications—including byte-sized engaging videos/other messaging formats , announcements, presentations, and leadership updates.
o Support internal communication campaigns that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement.
o Curate and manage content across channels such as email, intranet, and collaboration platforms.
• Learning Program Design & Delivery
o Support the design, curation, and rollout of learning experiences (virtual, in person, or hybrid).
o Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and capability building events.
o Partner with SMEs to develop learning materials, toolkits, and resources.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Relationship Management
o Collaborate closely with internal partners, leaders, and vendors to ensure aligned and effective program execution.
o Gather feedback, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications :
• 7+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, learning & development, HR, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in program management tools and communication platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and navigate ambiguity in a fast paced environment
