Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
Overall 4-7 years of IT experience as Business Analyst
Strong understanding of GRC function preferably in ServiceNow set up.
Very strong written & oral communication skills with ability to deal with cross functional
teams and stakeholders
Techno- functional mindset and flexibility to work in multiple assignment .
Working experience with Agile/Scrum tools (ADO, Scrum, Confluence)
Experience working with executive stakeholders, product owners, project sponsors,
and/or upper management

Strong problem resolution, advocacy, and ownership of issues and risks

Responsibilities :
Analyze, assess, and document clear and detailed business requirements based on use
cases into ADO, including processes, workflows, security , reports, data control needs,
and non-functional requirements.
Document clearly the ADO user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work with test laed toi ensure that the UAT test plan, test cases, and test scripts are in
line with business outcomes .
Responsible for getting requirement signoff and UAT signoff from end users.
Work with Project Manager to create backlogs from the detailed requirements.
Coordinate with end users on execution of UAT tests, and hands-on executing test
scripts as required.
Coordinate UAT test outcomes and report on UAT progress.
Document process changes (current vs. future) in clear process flow documentation, and
coordinate with end users to ensure the changes are communicated.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling. And
document pros/cons paper for options – including factors such as commercial, time to
market, value of change, etc.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
Provide support to end users during UAT, including activities such as helping end users
on running tests, document how-to, assess and document any issues into ADO –
description, reproducing steps, business impact and priority.
